I have twenty years experience in massage and beauty therapy and have been training in holistic therapies at various colleges for the past 15 years.  I now offer 9 different holistic and massage therapies, stress management and many different beauty treatments. I am a member of both the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the International Council of Holistic Therapists and the International Federation of Health and Beauty Therapists.

I provide a wide range of therapies to promote healing, a deep sense of relaxation and to provide relief from the stresses of everyday living. I am particularly interested in the 'holistic' approach to health and well-being, the connection between the mind, body and spirit and how the state of one affects the other. As a holistic practitioner my aim is to treat the body as a whole not just the condition or illness in question.  Holistic therapies work on all levels to restore the balance in mind, body and spirit. No matter whether its relaxation, stress relief or help with a particular ailment/condition, I will have a holistic therapy or massage suitable for you.

I am based in Cumbernauld where I work from home and provide a mobile service. I also work in Glasgow from Embody Massage and Holistic Therapies Clinic (Glasgow Green) 0141 551 9678 on a Tuesday and Thursday (other days available by appointment)and   from Neals Yard Remedies (Royal Exchange Square) 0141 248 4739 doing holistic therapies on a Monday from 2pm till 6pm with a natural beauty treatment clinic also starting there very soon!  I work Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in Coatbridge within Wycked Beauty, 4 St John Street (Main St) 01236 700041.
