  • Exercise- an energised body gives you a positive outlook on life and reduces you stress levels and risk of disease
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Dehydration causes headaches, dizziness, digestive problems and foggy memory.
  • Be positive- know how to create your dreams, no matter how difficult life can be at times.
  • Feel the fear and do it anyway- Life is full of adventures, or it is not a life.
  • Visualize your goals and dreams every day.
  • Feed your body well- do not skip meals and a variety of different coloured fruit and veg packed with disease fighting nutrients.
  • Live for today! - Yesterday is gone. Move on with your life, live it fully.
  • Live with integrity- be who you appear to be. When you live in harmony with what you believe in peace and harmony flow in to your life
  • High Self Esteem - Let go of that emotional baggage and treat yourself with respect

Relaxation Exercise- Breath as light

 

By itself breathing through the nose slows and deepens your breathing producing instant relaxation. Imagine or visualise the air you breathe is coloured is much more absorbing for people and promotes relaxation easily. If you find it difficult to visualise - PRACTICE! It is a learned art.

Sit or lie down in a quiet place with no distractions. Phones off. NO outside noise.

  • When you are sitting in a comfortable sitting or lying position, focus on the tip of your nose.
  • Imagine/visualise breathing in coloured light on the IN breath though your nose(choose your colour~ see below)
  • The coloured light enters your body, it is drawn into your head and then travels down your whole body to the base of your spine.
  • Feel the colour fill your whole body. Every cell, every muscle every organ. when it reaches the base of your spine it gently curls upwards, back up the body.
  • As you breathe out a dark, black ,dense fog is drawn upwards through your body, forcing a all tension, anger, worries, past hurts and negativity to be released from your body. breathe the negative eneries out.
  • This leaves your body light and clear, you are free from all negativity.
  • Continue breathing and visualising like this for five minutes, feel the tension, worries and negative energies leave your body.
